Here’s a glamorous sounding hair style tip from my mum from the 50s. Old wives tale? Maybe not!

Turns out the smooth texture of the silk fibres is kinder to your hair, unlike coarse cotton pillowcases that can create friction and frizz your hair.

Don’t forget to tie a scarf around your pillow tonight and let m know if it works for you!
