Hair Romance featured on NaturallyCurly.com

April 16, 2012 By Hair Romance 17 Comments

I’m so grateful for the lovely feature about Hair Romance and my hair on NaturallyCurly.com. Thank you to Tracey Wallace who interviewed me for the article.

Naturally Curly is a fantastic resource for all curly haired girls. If you haven’t visited their site before, start with the find your hair type page which is a guide to defining your particular curl type. I believe that once you know and understand your natural hair, it’s much easier to style.

Head over to Naturally Curly to read my interview and find the how-to for these curly hairstyles.

Do you have curly hair? What’s your favourite curly hairstyle?

Congratulations! And huzzah for more tutorials. 🙂 Speaking of which, I decided to do the hair photo-a-day challenge, though I did cut my hair a bit early.

I love this! I totally understand how you feel with your hair! I had curly hair that I grew out and straightened. But then I decided to go natural and cut it to shoulder-length layers and wore it done. I loved it! Thank you for the hairstyle ideas!

Love your blog! I also have naturally curly hair and would love to have mine cut like yours. Any tips I should tell my stylist?

Thanks Heather! My cut is very layered – to reduce the weight and create a rounder shape when it’s curly. Take a few photos of hair you like to help explain what you want t your stylist x
