Big Hair Friday – my new hair colours

Hair Romance - new hair colour

I’ve been slowly stepping into ginger territory with my hair and my hair colour is now more of a strawberry blonde. After an amazing lunch at Lucio’s on Wednesday (which I’ll tell you more about soon) I went to see Stevie English Hair and I let Stevie do what he does best.

Even better, the blowdry (blowout) by Jake was fabulous but unfortunately these photos were taken the next day after I had had slept on it and gone for a run. In one way it shows what a great blowdry it was as it lasted through all that! Jake also used these amazing square brushes, and I’ll share more blowdry tips next week.

While I’m loving the colour on top, the real party is underneath!

And I had to try it in a quick braid!

Love the idea of putting a bold colour on a bottom layer and leaving the top as normal – eliminates the need for touch-ups!
