By flipping your ponytail up you can roll your hair into this neat bun. This works for medium to long hair. In fine hair you’ll want to tease your ponytail to achieve the rounder shape.

This is such a great idea!!! I’m so tired of doing just a sloppy ponytail to get my long hair off my neck in the summer. I can’t wait to do all thirty days!!!

Thanks lovely! I think this suits fine and thick hair, I love the shape. You could always backcomb your hair for more volume πŸ™‚

Thanks Dyan! You’ll never believe but it’s a cheap t-shirt from k-mart and I’m wearing it backwards x

I love this, it looks fab!!! But I don’t understand how it is done, rolling the ponytail up would show the bottom of the ponytail. Can you do a step by step?

Thanks Rachel! The ponytail is flipped up so that it’s facing up. Then the end of the ponytail is rolled up inside and tucked underneath to form the bun. The full step-by-step pictures will be in my 30 Buns in 30 Days ebook that will be released at the end of the hairstyle challenge x
