My curls are way more defined on wash day, but they have such nice volume on second day! Also, what products are you using in your hair? Our curl pattern is almost identical and your curls look so good!

Thanks Kelsey! I’m currently testing a couple of different curl creams but my routine is the same. I apply curl cream to really wet hair and then use a t-shirt to scrunch dry my curls and squeeze out the excess water. I then apply Taft Mega styling gel all over and scrunch it into the ends of my curls too. I wrote more tips on using gel in curly hair here. Then I either let my hair air dry or use a diffuser to speed it up. Once dry, I scrunch out the gel and my curls are softer and defined. I need to write this up in a full post, don’t you think? xx
