Happy Big Hair Friday!
You know I love wearing flowers in my hair but making flowers out of hair is a whole new thing!
Last week I was at Salon Melbourne and I saw Lorna Evans create this fantastical hairstyle. It’s just so whimsical and fun!
These hair flowers are made using single hair extension wefts. One weft of blonde hair, that has been crimped, and one weft of straight pink hair make up each flower. Using a hair elastic you loop and tie the hair to create these cute bow-shaped flowers. Then simply pin this in place with bobby pins.
Completely covered in hair flowers, this look is so worthy of Big Hair Friday but take inspiration from it for your hair. Imagine adding just one or two flowers to an updo. I think it would look gorgeous and everyone would ask how you did it.
