These furry faux-hawks from the Fendi fall 2013 show in Milan are so fun!

Created by Sam McKnight, he braided the models’ hair in neat Dutch braids then pinned in the colored fur pieces to create the faux-hawk style.

Definitely not your everyday look, but perfect for Big Hair Friday!

Hope you have a fabulous weekend x

Fur. Yuck. What those poor rabbits suffered and died for? Disgraceful.

Hi Karen, so sorry to offend with these images. I don’t wear fur but I loved the hair. It’s meant as inspiration so you can interpret this in your own way (or not). Christina x

Too fun! I would totally wear one of these clip-on faux-hawks. 😀 I’ve recieved lots of compliments over my hairstyles and I want to thank you, Christina. Never would I think I could do hair so nicely or braid my hair EVERY DAY (my hair just skims my shoulders so I do a french braid all around instead of tying it up in a pony like I used to (SO DRAB). Yes, I’ve been braiding my hair everyday, it’s so easy to do so and takes only a few minutes. Plus all the layers don’t come flying off and I can run around with no fly-aways or awkward small ponytail.
