Curly Christmas Giveaway

December 15, 2014 By Hair Romance 35 Comments

Christina Butcher - Hair Romance - Curly hair

Is it really December?!

This year has been a blur and I can’t believe it’s almost Christmas. I mean, it’s my birthday this week already. Crazy, right?

Do you also have a Christmas birthday? I recommend moving your birthday party to the new year as there’s so much more time.

Now I know it’s been quiet on Hair Romance since I launched DIY Bridal Beauty.  I  put so much of myself into the book I was exhausted and I needed to take a mini break. Typical me, I haven’t really stopped though as I’ve been planning some new things for Hair Romance for next year. But before I launch back in, I have a fun giveaway to share!

I’ve teamed up with NaturallyCurly.com and CurlMart for their #12DaysofCurlMart Christmas Giveaway.

This fun comp is for my curly girls and is only open to US residents. Don’t worry Australia and the rest of the world, I will have something fun for you in the New Year!

Curly Christmas Giveaway

I’m really excited to be a part of the NaturallyCurly 12 Days of CurlMart Giveaway this year, along with some of my favourite bloggers and vloggers Mahogany Curls, KinkyCurlyCoilyMe, Ambrosia Malbrough, MoKnowsHair, and Tall n Curly.

I’ve picked 3 of my fave products from CurlMart to giveaway:

  • Ouidad Sea Salt Spray – I always get my best hair by the beach and this sea spray helps me recreate those beachy waves. I like that it’s not too heavy and it can be used in wet or dry hair.
  • Tigi Bed Head Sugar Dust – I love big hair and a sprinkle of this powder at the roots of my hair give me that extra lift. Perfect for curls that tend to look a little flat on top.
  • Denman Brush – I rarely if ever brush my curls when they’re dry but the Denman is one of the brushes I love. It’s a great detangling brush in wet hair and it’s also great if I want to blowdry my hair into waves.

To enter, head over to CurlMart. You can win one of the bloggers’ prizepacks every day, and on the last day, Dec 20th, you can win all the prizes!

Bonus Giveaway

CurlMart have also given me 3 pack of my 3 products to giveaway here. To be in the running for these, leave me a comment below about your fave curly hair product. Winners will be chosen on Dec 24th.

Good luck! xx

I have tried so many products, but have yet to really fall in love with one for my hair. … Right now I’m using Curl Keeper and it’s pretty good! I’d love to try your faves, too.

My favorite product would have to be just Jamaican black castor oil & argan oil moisturizer u creme of nature. They have me a good definition for my twist outs without being you heavy.

    Happy birthday!!! 🙂

That’s a pity the giveaway is for the US residents only, I’d love to try the Sugar Dust for an extra volume.

The one product I use the most is KMS California Curl Up wave foam. I’d like to find something with a stronger hold and bouncier, but which wouldn’t make my hair stiff or crunchy. I’m still looking. Next time I might try the Boing thing you recommended:)

I don’t know if you even ship Stateside, but my absolutely favorite product right now is Argan Moroccan Oil. I run it through my ends right after I get out of the shower and it holds back the frizz for at least two days.

I have yet to find a hair product that I love enough to buy regularly. Right now I am trying out jojoba oil and I like it but I have to be very careful not to overdo it. I would love to try these products and find something that sticks!

I use Nak for curly hair, it leaves my hair a bit stiff but without it my hair goes fluffy. I would love to find a product that gave me soft curls.

Welcome back! Love Boing! You mentioned it once & I tracked it down… It really is brilliant. I’ve also recently discovered NAK In Shape shaping paste. It’s really, really good on dry hair for styling & also gives BIG hair. My hair is as curly as yours – if not curlier – and after years & years of experimenting & trying new things, I’ve finally found a combination that works well.
