When did you last show your hair some love? Here’s how to find the time to do something good for you and your hair.

Ok so we’re now in week 3 of the Hair Happiness Challenge! How’s your hair feeling so far?
My hair is loving the consistency of the same routine and I thought it was time to give my hair an extra treat.

I order you to take some time out for you and your hair. Now I’ve made it an order you have to do it, right?
I don’t know anyone that couldn’t do with 10 minutes of extra relaxation this week. Let me give you permission to take time out just for you. And your hair!
How to find the time to get happy hair
- Prioritise your to do list. Do you really need to do that task this week? Is there someone else that could do it for you? You don’t need to do everything yourself. Look around to see who can help you and free up your time.
- Prepare a double serve of dinner and have the leftovers for the next night. The time you save cooking dinner the next night you can use to relax in the bath.
- Set your alarm for 30 mins earlier. Instead of a quick shower in the morning, run a bath and relax. You’ll start the day so much calmer.
- Do your grocery shopping online. Plus you can grab your fave Schwarzkopf products along with your groceries! The time you save parking and walking the aisles, you can spend in the bath with your new hair products.
What if you don’t have a bath?
You can still have a relaxing hair treatment mid-shower.
After shampooing and rinsing your hair, lightly towel dry your hair.
