One minute hair treatments

July 30, 2012 By Hair Romance 6 Comments

Is it hard for you to find time to give your hair a treatment? These one minute hair treatments leave your hair looking smoother, without slowing you down.

Curly hair is naturally drier than other hair types, so I’m obsessed with conditioners. I’m always on the hunt for miracle hair treatments. Last week I was over on Fox in Flats sharing my secret as to how I find the time to do a hair mask. These easy one minute treaments are even faster so you can still treat your hair when you’re in a rush.

Splurge

Goldwell Dual Senses Rich Repair 60 Second treatment – with Pashmina silk proteins, this deep treatment works fast to leave hair feeling silky. It also has a gentle vanilla and sandalwood fragrance and leaves your hair smoother in only one minute.

Steal

Schwarzkopf Extra Care Ultimate Repair Mask – with three times the amount of liquid keratin this treatment strengthens damaged hair and promises 94% less breakages. It won’t break you budget either.

Top tips for conditioning your hair

  • Squeeze the excess water from your hair before applying conditioner so you don’t waste product.
  • Only apply conditioner to the ends of your hair.
  • Comb conditioner through your hair with  a wide tooth comb.
  • Rinse well. I mean really well. Conditioner residue can leave your hair feeling heavy and limp.

How often do you use hair treatments?

Thank you so much for the tips! I didn’t know you have to comb through the hair when you have conditioner on. I hope now my hair will get shinier.

Do you know which conditioners work best for fine hair?

Fabulous! I have been looking for one that is quick and easy. I think that I mustn’t be rinsing long enough as I always feel limp 🙂

    Thanks for the suggestions.

Thanks, and make sure you don’t apply it to your roots too. Apply treatments from your ears down. Imagine a line from the top of your ears around your head and only apply product below that line. That way it won’t weigh down your roots so your hair doesn’t look limp.

I like the idea of quick masks!! nothing is worse than waiting 20mins with gladwrapped wet hair waiting for the mask to do its’ thing lol. I might be trying the goldwell one soon–because i like the idea of the combo of vanilla & sandalwood!!
