Rose Quartz hair – Pantone hair colour trends

February 6, 2016 By Hair Romance 11 Comments

Rose Quartz hair is a trend I want to follow. It’s the best way to wear Pantone’s colour of the year, Rose Quartz.

Pantone’s colour choice this year is much more flattering than previous years. Who remembers when Emerald was colour of the year? Not so wearable.

But pastel pink rose quartz? Yes, please!

I am a huge fan of pink hair and have been experimenting with pink ombre hair for years. This year, the trend takes a softer turn. It’s all about pastel hues that are super flattering.

Pink hair looks good on everyone. There’s a shade to suit every skin tone and I think it’s such a youthful look. It may seem a bit out there to some, but I love it.

If you want to try it but you’re nervous, check out my DIY pink extensions tutorial for an easy way to try the look. Extensions are a simple way to try a pink ombre look without having to lighten or dye your hair.

Be inspired by these rose quartz hair colours below.

I love Pantone’s colour of the year! An expensive colour job will fade and become dull over time, but I highly recommend using EVO Fabuloso which is a colour enhancing conditioner which revives, tones and intensifies your hair colour. Perfect for people with pink hair! It’s available in most salons and also more conveniently, online! Just google “evo pastel pink” ??

I love pink hair! And the hair in the first picture looks amazing! I really want to try it but I’m to scared of the damage the lighting process may cause. So I’m definitely going to try hair extensions! Thanks for sharing 🙂 xx

Wow, what a pretty colour. And it’s not an over-the-top pink, which is really nice as well!
