Street style hair inspiration – Zanita

April 23, 2015 By Hair Romance 8 Comments

Hair Romance - Street style hair inspiration by Ashka Shen - Zanita Whittington

Uber-blogger Zanita is a fashion week street style star. She’s also a fellow Aussie girl and has effortless style.

Captured here by Ashka Shen of Xssat Street Fashion during New York Fashion Week, Zanita’s hair always has a summer feel to me.

To get this texture, I recommend applying some mousse to damp hair and blasting your hair dry upside down. Add a little sea salt spray into the ends for some rough waves. Keep switching your part to make sure your hair never sits flat.

Zanita and I also have something else in common and I’ll be able to tell you more very soon!

Zanita is such a natural beauty. Love her effortless style. And I do love me a deep-side flick. Such an easy, breezy style to rock! x

Love Zanita’s hair! I took inspiration from her after a horrible hairdressing experience where my hair was cut waayyy shorter than I asked for. It ended up around her length so I decided to work with it instead of against it.

Nothing worse than a cut that’s too short Michelle, but Zanita is the perfect beauty muse to channel x

Her hair always looks amazing. Definitely considering a shorter chop like this after the nuptials next year! x

I can totally see you with this style! You know I have this theory that every bride looks cooler a month after their wedding when they get their post-nuptial cut? Maybe you should bring the wedding forward 😉
