The Style Loop

February 1, 2015 By Hair Romance 4 Comments

Those Sunday vibes by Sonia Styling

The Style Loop is a roundup of my fave links of the week for you to read on the weekend, plus some of my fave stylish finds.

I’m trying to get back into my work routine at home. I think I need to set up a proper workstation as I’m so easily distracted. Case in point, currently on Pinterest looking for desk inspiration…

But here’s what I got up to last week. Jim has also written about two of our fave things to do in Vegas – the Neon Museum and a heli-tour of the Grand Canyon. That was a real bucket-list item for me!

Thinking of my Mr, how cute is this Mrs ring?

Love this triple knot tutorial from Cute Girls Hairstyles.

Ashka’s NZ travel diary is making me want to book a ticket now.

Feeling crafty? Try this DIY jewelled headband or this DIY beaded crown.

Would you DIY hair products? I’m so curious about this flaxseed gel.

7 New Year’s fashion resolutions.

French girl’s trick to getting dressed.

5 minutes with hairstylist Sarah Laidlaw.

How to take a selfie.

Talking hairdryers with a friend this week, who’s quite an expert, and he said this is the best hairdryer on the market. I’ve not tried it yet, have you?

Loving this grey hat because it will go with everything.

My cape obsession continues and I think this one is so wearable.

Good news story of the week – I love Humans of New York and the fundraising efforts for that school in Brownsville are amazing. Don’t think one person can make a difference? Think again.

Hope you have a beautiful weekend. What have you been reading / loving this week?

That dryer really is the best thing ever! My hair used to take 45 minutes to an hour to dry with a dryer, but the T3 cuts that down to about 20 minutes on its own, and even less than that with some KMS Free Shape added to the mix. It cost a fortune, but was absolutely worth every penny.

Awesome to hear Kat, and that is a major time saving!! I have spent that much on another dryer but my friend was raving about this one saying the key is more heat and less power which the T3 has.
