The top 20 posts of 2016

Hair Romance - the top 20 posts of 2016

Well, it’s time for one of those annual posts where I reflect back on the year. I know most of my friends have had a rubbish 2016 and are glad to see that back of it. For me, it feels like I can hardly remember it as it rushed by so quickly!

I just celebrated my birthday and it does not feel like a year since the last one.

2016, I’m not sure how I feel about you. You weren’t too horrible to me but my friends, and the world, have suffered a lot. I thought you were going to be sweet sixteen but I guess that wasn’t the case.

I really hope 2016 has been sweet for you. When I look back, there have been lots of great moments hidden in there – I finally wrote my book on curly hair that’s been in my head for years, which was a big achievement. I also hired a great graphic designer to refresh all of my ebooks and give them an update. There’s been some great travel for Mr & Mrs Romance, my blog with my husband, Jim. All things I’m really proud of.

I have lots of big ideas planned for 2017, and I’d love to hear from you to know what you’d like to see more of on Hair Romance. Is it videos, curly hair, product tips, beauty, makeup?? Let me know in the comments below or you can send me an email.

Now on to the posts you liked the most in 2016! This list is based on your clicks and I’ll start the countdown from 20…
