The prettiest upstyle of MBFF – Whitney Eve

August 29, 2012 By Hair Romance 4 Comments

How gorgeous is this soft twisted upstyle, as seen at Whitney Eve at Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival (MBFF) Sydney.

This soft, romantic upstyle is so dreamy. Vintage inspired, I like the soft, loose finish of this hairstyle.

How to get the look

  • You need some texture in your hair for this style. Apply Redken Powder Grip 03 all over to dry hair. Blast your hair with your hairdryer to work the product in.
  • Brush all your hair over to the right side with a paddle brush.
  • Start to twist your hair in tightly above your right ear.
  • Pin the twist in place starting from the back to the front.
  • Spray hair with Redken Quick Tease 15 for texture and hold. Gently tease along your hairline to soften the style. Finish with a spritz of hairspray to keep this soft style in place.

Where would you wear this pretty upstyle?

Love this look! A modern take on a classic style – and not too polished 🙂

Thanks Corinne, I agree. That softness makes feel more modern
