As a small way of saying thank you, I want to give away three copies of my book. I’ll post them anywhere in the world too!
To enter, you need to subscribe to my newsletterΒ andΒ leave a comment on this post telling me your favourite thing on Hair Romance, or tell me posts you’d like to see more of on my blog.
I’ll pick the winners and notify them by email on 7th September. Thank you so much for reading Hair Romance and good luck!

It took 20+ years of living (and fighting) with my curly and unruly hair before I finally gave in and went with it. I discovered your tutorials on Pinterest and now I can honestly say I’m starting to actually love my curly, unruly hair. I find myself looking forward to the next style to play with.
I love your tutorials and unique ideas and twists so much! You inspired me to buy an ebook and I would be so honored to receive a free book!! I loved the Game of Thrones themed tutorials as well as basic ones you can do on your way out the door and everywhere in between. Thanks!
hi! i’m already signed up for the newsletter. i LOVE LOVE LOVE the bun tutorials – especially the one with 4 going down the back of the head in a straight line. so quick and easy but looks so poised. even though my hair is now short – above the shoulders – i keep coming back. π keep up the good work and congrats on the anniversary!
I love to look at your hair tutorials. I am trying to modify for thin straight hair as much as possible!
Thanks for inspiring many new looks for me.
Hey girl! I actually have two favorite things about you and your blog, just could not narrow it down to just one! First, I love that you have so many hairstyles for curly-haired ladies! I have a big head of red, curly hair and love to braid it, but most tutorials show styles with straight hair and it just never looks the same. But not your stuff! Second, I just adore you and your writing style, it’s like you are sitting next to me saying “Ok, now do this to your hair and it will be fabulous!”
Don’t ever stop, you are wonderful:-)
I love the curly girl tutorials! I struggle to figure out how to style my curly hair without it turning into a fizz bomb!
Beautiful and so helpful!
Let me just say I love all the styles, you make it easy to do a beautiful hairstyle in minutes. I utilize the different updo’s for work and in a pinch….everyone thinks I spend forever on my hair!! thank you!!
I love how detailed your tutorials are and how many pictures there are. All that really helps to be better able to follow the steps!
I would love to see more crown braids! I think they are super pretty and look great with curly hair! Your tutorials are amazing and I’m always excited when I see the new emails with new hairstyles!
??
I love tutorials and tips for braided hairstyles! I have super long hair that slides out of almost everything, and your tutorials are SO helpful! Thank you so much and congratulations! π
I love your tutorials, they make it so easy for me to do the hairstyles you show, instead of just some vague instructions like other sites. I also love all your tips and styles for all kinds of different hair types!
Thanks for the amazing curly hair ideas. My hair is curly and frizzy. Your hairstyles work well. Thanks again!
I love all of the pictures that you post with each tutorial.
What I love most about Hair Romance is the breakdown of the hairstyle. You make your tutorials as easy as possible so that we all feel like we could do it! & they are so relatable & trendy π
I found your site one night be accident. I was looking for a easy was to style my crazy hair. I love all the different knots you have. They are easy for me to do and fast. And with homeschooling 3 kids, running a small farm, and house hold chors my hair always looked rough. Now everyone tells me how lovely my hair looks even by the end of my day. That always makes my day. So thanks for showing me these fun hair styles.
I have so much hair that I never know what to do with so you’re hair tutorials help me so much!
I love the comparisons of the curly version vs the straighter version of hairstyles! It’s really great to see the differences and I have a closer version of what it will actually look like in my hair…instead of going into…most hairstyles expecting one thing…and getting something…else.
Thanks!! Love your website
I have successfully expanded my range of hairstyles using your techniques. I love that they don’t take very long because I don’t have much time in the morning! I particularly liked the post on styles that work well for wet hair!
My hair is straight but is curly when it dries ib a braid, so I would love to see some braid or twist styles that are designed to look good when you let your hair come out of the twist/braid. I often end up with straight roots and curly ends!
I love love love your newsletters so I know your book would help me! I have long curly hair and always trying out your styles! thanks so much for this giveaway!
I just love all your easy curly styles! I’m sure you know it’s so hard to come by good curly hair tips and styles. I love your books (I have all three!!) and I tell EVERYONE about your site, because they’re always asking me what I’ve done to get the great updos I’m wearing. I’d love to give you some more advertisement with your new book of styles!
I love the way you don’t ignore curly-haired ladies like me! You always have that unique touch that I never would have thought of myself, and I really appreciate it!
I’ m inspired by your beautiful artistic creations and sharing your dream and inspiring others is what it’s aLl about.. Thank you.
I love all of them!! These tutorials provide me with some fun and laughter with my 10 year old daughter. She loves the styles when they turn out right and we laugh when mommy goofs and they don’t turn out so hot. It’s time I wouldn’t trade for anything.
I very much enjoy & put to use all of your info on curly hair! I’m finally getting mine under control! It would be better if I didn’t live in high humidity, but it’s getting there. Thank you so much for all the tips & advice to making curly hair be tame!!
I love the hairstyles for curly hair. There are many days when I don’t know what to do with my hair and I don’t want to spend a lot of time. Your curly hair tutorials are perfect for those days. Keep, posting them.
I would love to win a copy of your book got my daughter! She just moved into her college dorm and she’s having some difficulty adapting. She loves to style her hair and is always learning new braids. This would be perfect to help her forget her anxiety and have fun! And I share your tutorials with her all the time!
I love your tutorials on braids; having long curly hair I find braiding to be the most effective and pretty way to style my hair π I also love looking at all the different hairstyles and trying new ones!

Hi, love all the beautiful braids and romantic boho ‘do,s’. Absolutely gorgeous! However I have fine blonde, VERY straight flat hair, and would really love some ideas on easy messy updo,s for everyday! Looking forward in anticipation! Thanking you heaps! x π
love your tutorials . they’ve saved my last college student butt a number of times!!! ??
You’re amazing! The thing that I love is that I’m a foreign person and I can’t speak english very well.. But this kind of “distance” doesn’t prevent to understand you and put your tutorials and advices into practice!
That’s the main thing that I like, your ability to share to everyone in the world the things you know, even if we don’t speak the same language
Congratulations on the anniversary of you book!
I absolutely love all the beautiful ideas you share with us on your site and in your news letters.
I was so excited to find you almost a year ago, as I’m getting married in less than a month in the Kalahari, pretty much in the middle of nowhere under a tree. There are no facilities and if you want water you have to take it along. With all your fabulous ideas I’ve had very little stress about what to do with my hair.
I am so happy that you have so many beautiful up-do styles to choose from and they have been so nicely documented with step by step details. I’m confident that I’ll be able to have a gorgeous hair-day on my big day despite the lack of electricity and all the dress-room glamour a bride usually requires to look her best.
Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, for taking the time to share and teach us how to have a FANTASTIC hair day no matter where you are and what you have available!
No more excuses for a drab hair day….I feel lovely with every style I’ve tried!
Your tutorials and videos are the best! So pretty and inspirational. Who knew there was so many ways you can braid hair?!!
thoroughly enjoy your tutorials, you never fail to inspire me to keep trying, keep practicing, and to love my hair, thank you!
I really enjoy your website & the emails on new ways to wear my hair. I’m still learning how to braid and style my long hair. I was never allowed to have long hair as a child. Even within the last 5 years my mother has told me that I should never wear my hair long. It’s pretty funny. I have terrific curly hair and love to wear it in different ways. Winning a copy of your book would be fantastic!
Thank you for your inspiration! For far too long I had been hiding my hair and wearing it up. Now I have some really useful techniques and styles for managing my very bushy, curly hair. Thanks again.
I love when you have videos of doing your hairstyles. It helps me see exactly what is going on!
Thank you so much for your hair inspiration! I love your newsletters. Working on learning how to braid my hair where I can’t see it.
Hi!
I’ve just come across you after spending the past hour on the phone with my sister, sending pictures back and forth of our hair! A friend lent my sister her copy of Hair Romance, and she’s been braiding and bunning and sending me pics of each style ever since!
Thanks for helping me feel closer to my sister. She’s in Brisbane and I live on the other side of the world in Amsterdam, so shared experiences are rare. I’d love to have my own copy of the book so that we can do even more things “together”.
Love your insta account too! (I’m on as @nissagram)
I really love the easy to follow hair tutorials on this website! Having the pictures really shows the dedication you have and it makes life much easier for me! The hairstyles are also very creative and pretty:)

I have been following this website now for the last year or so and have picked up so many useful and helpful tips and tricks for looking after curly hair.
